A remarkable musical jubilee: Since 2016, the Klezmerorchester has been bringing beautiful melodies and true joy on stage. Now it’s time to celebrate the 10th birthday of the biggest klezmer ensemble of its kind with a very special concert at the Theatre of Erfurt. More than 80 musicians from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and England will be there to celebrate the musical heritage of the Yiddish-speaking jews from Eastern Europe.

The programme will combine the most beautiful tunes from the last 10 years oas well as new arrangement for orchestra – and singers! Join a great evening with the Klezmerorchester Erfurt, which will be again supported by international klezmer stars like Alina Bauer, Sabine Döll, Susi Evans, Benjy Fox-Rosen, Jan Hermerschmidt, Sasha Lurje, Sanne Möricke, Claas Sandbothe, Pieter Sint Nicolaas and Michael Tuttle (more information).
